Players should demonstrate in training and game environments they are in the higher percentage of the six key qualities of a Youth National Team Player.  Teams play in regional leagues, tournaments and attend high-level events throughout the fall, winter, and spring of each year with a dedicated effort to advance to regional and national finals.
