The Force Difference

Canton Akron United Force Soccer Club offers the region’s most competitive soccer player pathways, starting from age 5 on to NCAA and pre-professional status through our Force umbrella. All programs are led by the largest and most professional coaching staff in Northeast Ohio.

Canton Akron United was formed in 2021 by the combination of Canton United SC and Canton Akron Premier making one larger organization with the objective of creating the same competitive pyramid, club facilities, resources, and coaching staff that are shared all for the long-term betterment and opportunities of our families and players.

Players of all skills levels are encouraged to take advantage of the area’s most competitive training programs, as participants are placed in a practice and team environment that best match their abilities.

Utilizing state of the art turf outdoor and indoor facilities, Canton Akron United provides its members with an unparalleled training experience. We also host many of the regional league games, playdates, and showcases at our home facility limiting extreme travel for our families. We maintain strong community relationships with our partner travel programs helping move players through to the proper competitive levels and building sustainable teams representing many different school districts and communities. We work together with communities to open doors for players and provide long term competitive classrooms and a pathway for success.

The club employs U.S. Soccer Federation A, B and C licensed coaches, as well as multiple NCAA DI, DII, & DIII coaches which combined with our staff and resources under the Force umbrella can provide any competitive environment & pathway for any player.

Geographic ConveniencE

OUR LEVELS OF DEVELOPEMENT

Ages 5 - 8 I U6 - U8

Juniors Academy

The Canton Akron United Juniors Academy offers year round a-la-carte programming designed to provide a flexible schedule, and convenient training / league options for young players that are beginning to show a great love for the game, and those families looking for a challenging environment.

This program is comprised of male and female athletes between 5 — 8 years of age.

Ages 8 - 18 I U9 - U19

Youth Teams

Teams compete in the local CASA Premier League. All players are encouraged to train as many days as possible per week and demonstrate their desire to learn, improve, and advance.

Game travel is usually no more than an hour away in NE Ohio, Tournaments are a combination of local events or a travel (typically no more than 2 hours) event once per session.

Ages 9 - 18 I U10 - U19

Youth Teams

Players should demonstrate in training and game environments they are in the higher percentage of the six key qualities of a Youth National Team Player.

Teams play in regional leagues, tournaments and attend high-level events throughout the fall, winter, and spring of each year with a dedicated effort to advance to regional and national finals.

Ages 18 - 23 I U19 - U23

USL Programs

The United Soccer League (USL) is the largest and fastest-growing professional soccer organization in North America, possessing more than a decade of experience in bringing the world’s game to communities across the United States and Canada.

Through our Force Umbrella Canton Akron United players have the opportunity to be invited into this pathway.
